Here´s how it works:

You pay $500 initially, before we start showing you any properties. In return, we will give you a credit at closing in the amount of 25% of our commission we receive as your buyers agent.

Example: If you are in the market to buy a $400,000 home you would need to pay $500 upfront. Let´s say we get a standard commission of 3%. At closing you will get a credit of $3,000. WOW!!!

This plan can also be applied if you found a home on your own, for example through an open house.
