We’ll work with you on every step of the buying process, from setting up financing to the day you get the keys.

Buying process

Prepare
 
We will assess your needs regarding location, space requirements, price and other factors that are important for your decision to purchase.

We will assist you in Pre-Qualification and Pre-Approval process with a lender.

Prospect

We will search the market through the Multiple Listing Service and present properties that may fit your needs

We will give complete information about properties you are interested in

We will keep you updated on any new, reduced, or Back On the Market properties that fit your needs.

We will advise on values and prepare a written comparative market analysis (CMA) once you identify a desirable property.

We will perform a walk-through of the property with you prior to settlement.

Purchase

Negotiating with sellers can be stressful. We help you negotiate, so that the contract includes the best terms and price possible.

Once an offer is accepted, we will coordinate and guide you through the contract process all the way to settlement. We will assist in preparing a schedule for inspections, surveys and repairs. We will review closing statement.
