Axel began getting involved in international investments during the break of the iron curtain in Europe in the 1990s. At that time he was pursuing his B.S. at the Universityof Bayreuth, Germany with a focus on international taxation.

Over the following distinguished 20-years, Axel Weiss was working closely with many of the largest investment companies all over the world.  Whether owning his own brokerage business or leading the business operations for international investment firms in multiple countries, Axel has built an enviable record of achievement that draws on his wide-ranging professional and personal experience. He also held an important share of the upcome of the new economy in Germany. At the age of 26 he was elected as one of the youngest new economy advisors for the current German Secretary of the Interior Wolfgang Schaeuble (CDU).

During his tenure at Keller Williams Realty, one of the fastest growing Real Estate franchises in the US, he was responsible for the teams operations and orchestrated the acquisition of new clients from all over the world. Through his leadership, Axel has led the foundation for Weiss & Weiss International Realty to become a fully customer dedicated and successful real estate company in Florida.

Axel has dual citizenship status in Germany and the US. He also holds a MBA degree in financial strategies and real estate (magna cum laude) and is involved in international real estate since the beginning of the 1990s.

Combining a personal touch with technical savvy, Bea Weiss is known for being a skilled professional who delivers consistent results for her clients. Bea  is dedicated to helping her clients find their own piece of paradise. Providing exceptional client service is one of her top priorities and as such, Bea has built a loyal clientele. With her background as a licensed attorney and her own law firm in Germany, Bea offers our clients extensive industry knowledge, as well as unsurpassed negotiating skills. Bea holds both L.L.M. and J.D. law degrees (summa cum laude).

Regularly working with both residential and commercial clients, Bea is often involved with a project from its inception and enjoys planning the marketing and sales effort.
