Axel and Bea Weiss, the Real Estate people

Axel has been in international investments since the early 1990s. At that time he was pursuing his MBA at the University of Bayreuth, Germany with a focus on international real estate and taxation, founded and successfully sold several businesses during his time at the University of Bayreuth. Axel and Bea were fellow students with Karl Theodor Freiherr von und zu Guttenberg, Germany’s former Federal Minister of Economy and Defense.

Over the following distinguished 15-years, Axel Weiss was working closely with many of the largest investment firms all over the world. At the age of 26 he was elected as one of the youngest new economy advisors for the current German Secretary of the Interior Wolfgang Schaeuble (CDU).

As part time residents of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton since the 1990s, Axel and Bea joined Keller Williams Realty, one of the fastest growing Real Estate franchises in the US after taking permanent residency in 2003. Axel was responsible for the teams operations and orchestrated the global acquisition of new clients, while Bea served as dedicated luxury buyer’s specialist. Franchises real estate companies are a good place to get in touch with the local procedures, however the uniquness of personal services provided by big franchises like Keller-Williams, ReMAX or Sotheby’s Realty are limited. Through his leadership, Axel together with his partner Bea, who is also a licensed German attorney, led the foundation for Weiss International Realty to become a fully customer dedicated and successful real estate company located in Bradenton, Florida.

In recent years, our network of dedicated real estate specialists has grown throughout Florida, California up to New York City, by demand of our strong national and international clientele. To accomodate this change over the last 5 years, we decided to reflect the company’s strong cosmopolitian approach by transferring Weiss International Realty into Sea to Sky Realty. Axel and Bea Weiss are local people living and enjoying the Bradenton / Sarasota area with its beautiful sandy white beaches of Anna Maria Island, Siesta key and the fantastic people here sharing our passion. Since the success of our company Sea to Sky Realty, we are now able to connect the local Bradenton / Sarasota real estate market with the global demand for the nicest places in the world between Miami, Naples and Bradenton / Sarasota.

Bea is known for being a skilled professional who delivers consistent results for her clients. Bea is dedicated to helping her clients find their own piece of paradise. Bea holds both L.L.M. and J.D. law degrees (summa cum laude) and is admitted to the German Bar.

Regularly working with both residential and commercial clients with the subsidary Weiss & Weiss International Realty, Bea is often involved with a project from its inception and enjoys planning the marketing and sales effort.

On a personal note, Axel and his wife Bea have been involved in the Bradenton real estate market for more than 15 years. We are living near the Manatee River in Northwest Bradenton along historic Riverview Boulecard. The couple are graduates of the famous University of Bayreuth (known for Richard Wagner’s classical Operas), soccer fans and Axel is an avid and constantly improving golfer. Both share their enjoyment for classic European (Porsche & Mercedes-Benz) and American automobiles.
