Does it cost anything?

No. There is no fee to have us find your dream home, and no obligation to buy. Compensation is agreed in writing before we represent you, and we will tell you what it is at the first conversation.

Do I have to be in Florida?

No. Roughly half of the people we work with are somewhere else when they start — another state, or Europe. Video walkthroughs, remote notarisation and correspondence in German or English are all normal here. If you are buying from outside the US, start with buying Florida real estate from abroad.

I would rather look myself first.
