is a very popular community for boaters as almost all of the homes are on the water. The neighborhood offers deep-water canals and bayfront homes with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bayfront homes in Country Club Shores offer gorgeous views of the Sarasota skyline.
Many of the homes in Country Club Shores were built in the 1960’s. However, many of the older residences have been restored or replaced with larger and newer structures.
